Laura Ansell Global will endeavour to dispatch merchandise within one business day from your order date. All items are shipped via Australia Post.
Jewellery is shipped tracked, insured & air mailed. We currently have no provision for ocean freight, but this may be updated, so please check in the delivery options section of your shopping cart when you try to complete your order.
Delivery prices are included within the jewellery prices. Additional costs for packaging and packaging weight added to freight at the time of dispatch are paid for by Laura Ansell Global.
If items are unavailable at time of delivery, you will be notified via phone or email with an approximate eta.
Risk and title in the goods passes to the recipient upon dispatch of the goods, to your nominated delivery address.
Any claims with Australia Post for damage or failure to deliver after dispatch will need to be taken up by you with Australia Post. We can assist you only in this process if you need to claim on insurance or help you to track your item.
